• Modifies 21 O.S. Section 1280.1 to remove the prohibition on firearms at private school properties, allowing individuals with valid concealed handgun licenses to carry loaded firearms on private school property if permitted by the school's governing authority.

• Maintains existing firearm prohibitions on public school property with limited exceptions for hunting/fishing firearms in vehicles, approved training courses, and authorized law enforcement.

• Effective date: November 1, 2012.
