• Renumbers remaining facilities in the statutory list, reducing the total from 12 to 10 named facilities.

• Changes terminology from "Mental Illness Service Program" to "Outpatient Mental Health Treatment Organization" in certification requirements and standards.

• Exempts hospitals licensed by the State Department of Health and individual licensed healthcare professionals in private practice from certification requirements as outpatient mental health treatment organizations.

• Takes effect November 1, 2012.
