Amends 47 O.S. 2011, Section 10-108 to exclude collisions occurring on private property from the requirement to file written accident reports with the Department of Public Safety.

Maintains reporting requirement for collisions on public roads, streets, and highways resulting in bodily injury, death, or property damage exceeding $300.00 when settlement is not made within 6 months.

Authorizes municipalities and counties to adopt ordinances or resolutions regarding law enforcement response to motor vehicle accidents on private property within their jurisdictions.

Requires law enforcement to respond to and report private property collisions involving personal injury, a driver under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, or vehicles owned by the state or political subdivisions.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
