Amends 12 O.S. 2011, Section 2407 to modify the exclusion rule for evidence of subsequent remedial measures taken after an injury or harm occurs.

Evidence of measures taken after an event that would have made an earlier injury or harm less likely to occur is not admissible to prove negligence or culpable conduct.

Courts may admit such evidence for other purposes including impeachment or, if disputed, proving ownership, control, or feasibility of precautionary measures.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
