Amends 47 O.S. 2011, Section 14-103G regarding oversize or overweight load vehicle permits issued by the Department of Public Safety.

Changes the timeframe for requesting replacement of a lost annual vehicle permit from 10 business days to 20 business days after original issuance.

Requires replacement requests to be accompanied by a notarized statement from a principal or officer acknowledging the permit cannot be duplicated and that the original or replacement must be returned if located.

Maintains that the Department may deny replacement requests if it can verify the permittee received the original permit, and lost or damaged permits will not be replaced but require a new permit application.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
