Creates the Safari McDoulett Community Service Act allowing counties with approved community service programs to impose assessments on convicted offenders.

County commissioners may impose community service program assessments by majority vote in counties that have an established community service program.

Assessments of $25 to $250 per offense apply to persons convicted of felonies or misdemeanors ordered to complete community service, and to juveniles adjudicated delinquent or agreeing to deferred adjudication who must perform community service.

Municipal courts may impose assessments of $25 to $250 on defendants ordered to pay court costs and complete community service, with municipal court clerks retaining 10% of collections for administrative costs.

All collected assessment funds are deposited into county community service program assessment revolving funds designated solely for operating and administering community service programs, effective July 1, 2012.
