Replaces the term "divorce" with "dissolution of marriage" throughout 43 O.S. 2011, Sections 121 and 134.

Designates Special Monthly Compensation (SMC) awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs for service-connected loss as separate, non-divisible property in marriage dissolution cases.

Establishes that Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC) is separate property if the specific dollar amount is proven and the award was applied for and established before filing the dissolution action.

Requires courts to submit written findings when determining whether a military member's disposable retired or retainer pay is sole property or marital property, and specifies calculation methods using percentage formulas based on months/points of service during marriage.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
