Amends 29 O.S. 2011, Section 3-104 to clarify the constitutional reference for the Director of Wildlife Conservation position under Article XXVI of the Oklahoma Constitution.

Changes gender-specific language from "His" and "his" to gender-neutral phrasing "The Director's" and "the Director's" throughout the statute.

Removes redundant language "of the State of Oklahoma" that was previously included in the constitutional reference.

Director of Wildlife Conservation continues to be appointed by majority vote of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission and may only be removed for cause after public hearing.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
