Amends 4 O.S. 2011, Section 85.1 to clarify the definition of "domestic animals" as used throughout Section 85.1 and subsequent sections relating to estrays.

Defines "domestic animals" to include cattle, bison, hogs, sheep, goats, equidae, chickens, other poultry, and exotic livestock, but explicitly excludes dogs and cats.

Defines "exotic livestock" as commercially raised exotic livestock including animals of the families bovidae, cervidae, and antilocapridae or birds of the ratite group.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
