Amends Oklahoma Statute 70 O.S. 2011, Section 5-106 regarding governing boards of school districts and their designations as boards of education.

Clarifies that the reference to "Section 4" in subsection C is changed to "Section 5-106A of this title" (correcting an outdated statutory cross-reference).

Maintains existing provisions regarding superintendent contracts, shared superintendents between districts, and superintendent-principal combinations for smaller districts.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
