Amends 57 O.S. 2011, Section 38 to modify jail reimbursement rates paid by the Department of Corrections to counties housing state inmates.

Increases reimbursement rate from $24.00 per day (through January 1, 2007) to $27.00 per day (effective January 1, 2007 and thereafter), with exceptions.

In counties with population of 40,000 or more, establishes a higher reimbursement rate for inmates housed beyond 45 days from sentencing, determined by district court order based on actual jail operating costs (excluding ad valorem revenues).

Requires counties to submit the annual court-ordered per-day rate to the Department of Corrections by July 1st each year.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
