Prohibits any establishment, licensed or unlicensed, from employing persons under 21 years of age to perform as nude or partially nude exotic dancers or strippers, with violations being a misdemeanor punishable by up to $500 fine.

Amends employment restrictions for low-point beer establishments to prohibit anyone under 21 from working as a dancer or performer where such employment involves being nude or partially nude.

Expands Section 537 of Title 37 to make it unlawful for any intoxicating liquor licensee to employ anyone under 21 as a dancer, performer, or in any capacity involving nudity or partial nudity for performance or entertainment purposes.

Creates new statutory codification at Title 21, Section 1126 establishing the baseline prohibition on underage exotic dancer employment across all establishments.

Effective date November 1, 2012.
