Amends 85 O.S. 2011, Section 319 regarding dismissal of workers' compensation claims by claimants.

Updates statutory reference from "Section 18" to "Section 318" and changes "act" to "title" in the dismissal provision.

Maintains existing rule that claim dismissal is without prejudice unless "with prejudice" is explicitly stated in the order.

Allows refiling of dismissed claims within one year after dismissal order, even if the original statutory filing deadline has expired.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
