SB 1975 - General Appropriations Bill Summary

• Appropriates approximately $1.73 billion to the State Board of Education from multiple funding sources (General Revenue Fund, Education Reform Revolving Fund, Mineral Leasing Fund, and Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund) for fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.

• Appropriates funding to higher education institutions through the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education ($762.9 million from General Revenue Fund) plus additional allocations from capital revolving funds and student aid funds for education and facility improvements.
