Amends 19 O.S. 2011, Section 130.6 to authorize the Cooperative Extension Service to implement fees for certain training programs and educational seminars related to county support staff.

Allows the Cooperative Extension Service to charge reasonable fees to defray the cost of sponsoring training programs and educational seminars required for county government personnel.

Removes the requirement that all training expenses be paid exclusively from funds appropriated to the Office of the State Auditor and Inspector.

Effective July 1, 2012, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval.
