Amends 3 O.S. 2011, Section 65.8 to allow airport officers employed by airport trusts to enforce municipal airport regulations with full police powers, in addition to officers appointed by municipalities.

Adds "airport public trust" as a defined term in the Oklahoma Campus Security Act (74 O.S. 2011, Section 360.16), meaning a public trust that operates an airport with an Oklahoma municipality or county as beneficiary.

Expands the definition of "campus police officer" to include officers employed by airport public trusts and allows such officers to be called "airport officer," "airport police officer," or "airport security officer."

Authorizes airport public trust boards to establish campus police departments at their airports and enter into jurisdictional agreements with local law enforcement agencies, with discretion to establish departments at some but not all airports operated by a multi-airport trust.

Designates trustees of airport public trusts as public agencies of Oklahoma for purposes of enforcing state criminal statutes and making agreements with local law enforcement, effective November 1, 2012.
