Modifies the practice authority of certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) to change from "supervision" to "collaboration" with physicians, osteopathic physicians, podiatric physicians, or dentists.

Expands CRNAs' authority to order, select, obtain and administer Schedule II through V controlled substances, legend drugs, devices, and medical gases (previously limited to specific perioperative periods).

Adds definition of "collaboration" as cooperative working relationship involving discussion of patient treatment and cooperation in management and delivery of health care.

Requires CRNAs applying for drug administration authority to complete 15 units of continuing education in advanced pharmacology within 2 years before application, and 8 units every 2 years for renewal.

Updates 63 O.S. Section 2-312 to allow CRNAs to order, select, obtain and administer Schedule II through V controlled substances in collaboration (rather than supervision) with licensed physicians or dentists; effective November 1, 2011.
