Creates a task force to study the War Veterans Commission of Oklahoma, expiring on November 11, 2011.

Task force duties include examining commission membership, studying its current mission appropriateness, determining how to best aid wartime veterans through Oklahoma Veterans Centers, and examining transitions for Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan veterans.

Task force consists of 10 members: 5 appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and 5 appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Chair and vice-chair selected by task force members; quorum required for final actions; members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement.

Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs provides staff support; task force must report findings and legislative recommendations to the President Pro Tempore, Speaker, and Governor by November 11, 2011.
