Amends 19 O.S. 2001, Section 215.1 to update the office of district attorney creation statute with minor language clarifications.

Changes "and" to "the" and removes "said" in reference to district attorney office filing procedures with the State Election Board.

Maintains existing district attorney district configurations and county groupings as previously established, including specialized districts for multi-county areas.

Declares an emergency clause, making the act effective upon passage and approval by the Governor.

Applies to elections conducted by the State Election Board for district attorney positions across Oklahoma's judicial districts.
