Amends Oklahoma Statutes (20 O.S. 2001, Section 2) to update language describing Oklahoma Supreme Court Judicial Districts 1-9.

Removes the phrase "embrace and" from statutes defining the counties within each of the nine Supreme Court judicial districts.

Maintains all existing county assignments to each judicial district without substantive changes.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
