Owners, employees, participants, members, guests, and customers of gun ranges, gun shops, or gun clubs are not liable for injuries resulting from inherent risks of firearm activities on the premises, provided they act in good faith and follow industry standards and common law duty of care

Protection does not apply to employees covered by workers' compensation laws under Title 85 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Liability protection is forfeited if a person commits willful or wanton disregard for safety that causes injury, or intentionally injures someone engaged in firearm activities

Creates new Section 50.6 of Title 76 of the Oklahoma Statutes
