Approves transfer of 7.25 acres of real and personal property at Beaver Dunes State Park from the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to the City of Beaver.

Transfer is authorized under Section 2224 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Transfer remains subject to all authority and requirements specified in Section 2224 of Title 74.

Directs distribution of copies of the resolution to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission, and the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department.

Adopted by the Oklahoma Senate on May 16, 2012 and the House of Representatives on May 18, 2012.
