SCR 30 Summary

• Disapproves the Medical Examiner's Facility Project proposed by the University of Central Oklahoma from the master lease program capital projects list submitted by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

• The Regents submitted 33 proposed capital projects from 14 state institutions on February 6, 2012 for legislative review under Title 70, Section 3206.6a of the Oklahoma Statutes.

• Legislature has 45 calendar days from submission to pass a concurrent resolution disapproving all or part of the proposed issuance.

• Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of this resolution to the Chancellor of the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education and to the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
