• Disapproves the Medical Examiner's Facility Project proposed by the University of Central Oklahoma under the master lease program authorized by Oklahoma law

• Requires the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Chancellor of the Oklahoma State System of Higher Education and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education

• Allows the Legislature to disapprove capital projects submitted by the State Regents within a 45-calendar-day review period from submission date

• Resolution was in response to the State Regents' submission of 33 proposed capital projects from 14 state institutions submitted February 6, 2012
