OK SJR60

Directs the Secretary of State to submit to Oklahoma voters a proposed amendment to the Oklahoma Constitution adding new Section 18 to Article XXIII.

The amendment requires the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System to maintain a funded ratio of at least 90 percent by July 1, 2045, as certified by the Board of Trustees' annual actuarial valuation.

Provides the ballot title and text for voter approval of the constitutional amendment.

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.
