OK SJR61

Proposes adding a new Section 17 to Article XXIII of the Oklahoma Constitution regarding pension funding requirements.

Requires the Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System to achieve a funded ratio of at least 90% by July 1, 2045, as certified by the Board of Trustees through annual actuarial valuations.

Directs the Secretary of State to place the proposed constitutional amendment on the ballot for voter approval.

Requires the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.
