Celebrates the 32nd anniversary of the Sister-State relationship between Oklahoma and Taiwan, established July 25, 1980.

Welcomes Honorable Director General Daniel Liao, Director of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Houston, to the Oklahoma State Senate.

Endorses Taiwan's inclusion in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, which Taiwan has been nominated for as of December 22, 2011.

Supports Taiwan's participation as an observer in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

Directs distribution of the resolution to Director General Daniel Liao at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Houston.
