Oklahoma State Senate recognizes the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma for providing valuable programs and services to young people, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Boys & Girls Clubs focus on character and leadership development, education and career advancement, health and life skills, arts, sports, fitness, and recreation.

March 29, 2012 is proclaimed as Boys & Girls Clubs Day at the State Capitol.

Senate directs distribution of a copy of this resolution to the organization as an expression of high regard by the Oklahoma State Senate.
