Declares April 9th-13th, 2012, as "County Government Week" in Oklahoma to recognize the 77 counties as vital units of government closest to the people.

Acknowledges county government offices including County Assessor, Clerk, Commissioners, Court Clerk, Sheriff, and Treasurer as essential to orderly state operations.

Recognizes men and women serving in county government for performing their duties in a manner worthy of respect and honor.

Directs distribution of the resolution to Gene Wallace, President of the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma, and Gayle Ward, Executive Director of the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma.
