Proclaims April 4th, 2012 as the 16th Annual 4-H Day at the Oklahoma State Capitol.

Recognizes 4-H as the largest youth development organization in Oklahoma and the nation, serving six million young people nationwide.

Notes Oklahoma 4-H has 140,378 youth members and 5,660 youth and adult volunteers focused on developing Head, Heart, Hands, and Health.

Acknowledges 4-H's 100+ year partnership with land-grant universities and colleges to provide youth with innovative research and resources.

Encourages Oklahomans to support youth making measurable differences in their communities through what the resolution calls a "Revolution of Responsibility."
