Congratulates the Millwood Lady Falcons for winning the 2012 Class 3A Girls Basketball Championship with a 24-6 record, defeating Prague Lady Devils 64-50 in the final game.

Recognizes this as Millwood's second state championship title in five years (previously won in 2008) and notes three consecutive runner-up finishes in the intervening years.

Honors senior MVP Quira Demery for averaging 21 points and 11 rebounds per game, maintaining a 4.0 GPA, and earning 1st Team All-American and All-State honors.

Commends head coach Arnelia Spears for her 40-year tenure at Millwood, second-most wins of any female coach in the state, with three state championships and six runner-up titles overall.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Millwood Lady Falcons, coaching staff, and School Superintendent Dr. Gloria Griffin.
