Amends the Respiratory Care Practice Act to update accreditation references from the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) to the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)

Removes the "respiratory therapy technician" definition and eliminates references to the Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) credential throughout the Act

Requires Respiratory Care Advisory Committee members to hold Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials or equivalent credentials approved by the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision

Updates licensing requirements to recognize national credentialing for respiratory care practitioners from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or successor organizations approved by the Board

Effective date of November 1, 2013
