• Amends Oklahoma law (47 O.S. 2011, Section 6-205) governing mandatory revocation of driving privileges for motor vehicle-related offenses

• Deletes "reckless driving" (Section 11-901) from the list of offenses subject to mandatory license revocation

• Retains mandatory revocation for serious offenses including DUI, vehicular manslaughter, felonies involving motor vehicles, failure to stop and render aid, and controlled substance violations

• Adds "failure to obey traffic control device or stop sign when resulting in great bodily injury to another person" and "failure to stop for school bus loading/unloading" as mandatory revocation offenses

• Effective November 1, 2013
