• Requires school districts and charter schools offering online programs to provide alternative testing locations for students, with minimum requirements of six locations including one in each state quadrant and both metropolitan areas, with the offering district bearing all costs.

• Excludes test performance results of full-time online students from programs outside their home district from Oklahoma School Testing Program performance reports and school grading determinations.

• Effective date is July 1, 2013, with emergency declaration for immediate implementation.
