Amends 8 O.S. 2011, Section 6 regarding cemetery lot interment and distribution

Cemetery lots with burials become inalienable and pass to heirs at law unless transferred by nontestamentary transfer instrument or court order

Unused lots not used within five years of record owner's death distribute to heirs at law, with any heir able to release their interest to other heirs

When multiple heirs have equal statutory preference, succession descends based on oldest age

Permits cemeteries to provide nontestamentary transfer of lots through execution and filing of an Affidavit of Distribution; effective November 1, 2013
