Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 35e regarding school dropout reporting requirements for public and private middle, junior high, and high schools in Oklahoma.

School superintendents, principals, or head teachers must notify the State Department of Education quarterly with dropout information including student name, address, race, and age.

State Board of Education shall tabulate dropout statistics by grade and school district and make information available to the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Military Department of the State of Oklahoma, and State Department of Health.

Defines "school dropout" as any student under age 19 who has not graduated from high school and is not attending public or private school or receiving otherwise lawful education for the full school term.

Bill takes effect immediately upon passage and approval, declared as an emergency measure for preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
