Creates the Alimony Guidelines Task Force to determine whether standardized alimony guidelines would be equitable and effective for Oklahoma courts in dissolution of marriage proceedings

Task Force consists of 12 members: 5 appointed by Senate President Pro Tempore, 5 appointed by House Speaker, and 2 appointed by the Governor, including family court judges, experienced family law attorneys, a law professor, and citizens who have been divorce parties

Members must be appointed by December 31, 2013, with the first meeting convened by January 15, 2014

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to legislative leadership and the Governor by December 31, 2014

Members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement; Task Force may use legislative staff and seek advice from marriage dissolution experts
