• Permits firearm training and qualification course providers to set their own course fees rather than adhering to a fixed maximum fee limit.

• Active duty and retired law enforcement officers who are registered firearms instructors receive automatic renewal of registration with their handgun license at no additional cost.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2013.
