• Declares that courts, arbitrations, tribunals, and administrative agencies' rulings based wholly or partly on foreign law violate Oklahoma public policy and are void and unenforceable

• Defines "foreign law" as any law, rule, legal code or system from jurisdictions outside the United States, including international organizations and tribunals

• Protects the state's interest in preserving constitutional rights and privileges granted under the United States and Oklahoma Constitutions

• Recognizes the right to contract freely in Oklahoma while allowing reasonable limitations to protect constitutional rights and privileges
