Amends 47 O.S. 2011, Section 1105 to exempt travel trailers from vehicle inspection requirements that apply to out-of-state vehicles seeking Oklahoma title registration

Travel trailers are added to the exemption list alongside all-terrain vehicles, utility vehicles, and motorcycles used exclusively for off-road use

Exemption applies specifically to inspection and the associated $4.00 inspection fee when obtaining an out-of-state vehicle title
