• Amends 43 O.S. 2011, Section 109.4 to modify grandparent visitation rights provisions in Oklahoma family law

• Allows district courts to order mandatory mediation upon filing of a verified petition for grandparent visitation rights and again upon filing of enforcement motions

• Adds comprehensive factors for courts to consider when determining best interests of the child, including the quality of preexisting relationships, child's preferences, and health of all parties involved

• Permits courts to award compensatory visitation time, post bonds, and assess attorney fees and mediation costs when grandparent visitation is unreasonably denied or interfered with

• Expands definition of "grandparent" to include "great-grandparent" for purposes of seeking visitation rights
