Creates the RIGHTTRACK Act to address childhood nutrition concerns by requiring school districts in counties with population over 500,000 to provide health and wellness education assemblies.

Encourages parents and guardians to attend annual health and wellness assemblies at school campuses to educate families about nutrition and identify at-risk children.

Requires schools to provide information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention about healthy foods, body mass index (BMI), and exercise at assemblies, with BMI calculation available as a screening tool.

Mandates that each parent or guardian of a tested student receive a confidential health report including the student's BMI screening results and educational information explaining those results.

Effective date: November 1, 2013.
