Amends 67 O.S. 2011, Section 305 to re-create the Archives and Records Commission under the Oklahoma Sunset Law.

Extends the Commission's termination date from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2017.

Commission composition includes one Governor-appointed member as Chairman, the State Librarian as Vice Chairman and Secretary, and the Lieutenant Governor, State Auditor and Inspector, and State Treasurer as members.

Commission maintains sole authority over disposition of all public records and archives of state officers, departments, boards, commissions, agencies, and institutions, excluding political subdivisions and Oklahoma Tax Commission confidential records.
