Re-creates the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission to continue until July 1, 2017 (previously set to expire July 1, 2013) under the Oklahoma Sunset Law

Commission consists of seven members: five licensed real estate brokers with at least 5 years active experience, one lay person not in real estate, and one active representative of an approved real estate school in Oklahoma

Requires all commission members to be U.S. citizens and Oklahoma residents for at least 3 years prior to appointment

Limits commission membership to no more than two members from the same congressional district, with provisions for adjustments when districts are redrawn

Declares an emergency for immediate effectiveness upon passage and approval
