• Modifies how security guard and private investigator licensing fees are credited to the CLEET Private Security Revolving Fund rather than the General Revenue Fund

• Amends reserve peace officer eligibility for basic full-time training academy by allowing those with 2 years of active service in the 240-hour reserve program to attend a 360-hour academy starting January 1, 2014

• Requires peace officers to maintain current residential addresses with CLEET and notify the Council of any name changes within 10 days, with supporting documentation

• Requires law enforcement agencies to submit annually by October 1 a complete list of all commissioned employees with current contact information to CLEET
