Amends 40 O.S. 2011, Section 165.2 to add school district employees and technology center school district employees to the list of employees who may be paid on a monthly basis instead of semimonthly.

Allows school district boards of education and technology center school district boards of education to contract with and pay support employees monthly, semimonthly, or biweekly over 10, 11, or 12 calendar months using the same payment methods as teachers.

Modifies wage payment requirements so school district and technology center employees must receive a minimum of once per calendar month payment instead of twice monthly for other private employers.

Establishes effective date of July 1, 2013, with an emergency clause making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
