• Allows citizenship evidence to be presented in person at registration or submitted as a photocopy with a mailed application, and directs county election boards to maintain citizenship verification status in voter records.

• Mandates county election boards verify signatures on absentee ballot applications match voter registration records (by electronic device or human inspection) and attempt to contact voters if signatures don't match.

• Requires absentee ballot applicants requesting mail delivery to provide an Oklahoma driver's license/state ID number or submit a voter ID card copy per Section 4-113 for verification purposes.
