Expresses legislative intent to support control of invasive plants and animal species, particularly noxious weeds and eastern red cedar trees.

Encourages increased agricultural burning to control invasive vegetation and supports county, state, and federal government efforts to control eastern red cedar on right-of-ways.

Directs increased funding to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to address feral hog eradication.

Encourages the Oklahoma Department of Corrections to process feral hogs for use in state correctional facilities, with excess made available to food banks and other markets.

Effective date: November 1, 2013.
