• Restricts MAC pricing to multi-source generic drugs (not brand-name originators) that are widely available from national wholesalers and prohibits PBMs from requiring additional accreditation beyond state/federal licensing.

• Grants the State Board of Pharmacy authority to investigate violations, subpoena witnesses and records, and suspend or revoke licenses for noncompliance, fraud, or unfair business practices.
