ENGR. H. B. NO. 2158 - Summary

• Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 840-5.12 to modify unclassified position limits for the State Department of Rehabilitation Services

• Increases the maximum number of unclassified positions in the Disability Determination Division from 14 to 21 positions

• Maintains the overall limit of 52 unclassified positions for the State Department of Rehabilitation Services (excluding positions already unclassified under other provisions)

• Does not apply the unclassified position limits to instructional and administrative personnel at the Oklahoma School for the Blind and Oklahoma School for the Deaf

• Becomes effective November 1, 2013
